We had to reschedule this session a couple of times due to weather and it was so disappointing, but it ended up being a blessing because the grass and trees were bright green. It was also surprisingly chilly this morning. The kids were troopers and did great.
This sweet little girl had her birthday the day following our session.
This session was purchased to benefit Jason Brickey. Jason is a father of 5. He is in need of a liver and pancreas transplant. He is presently at 10% kidney function and legally blind. A big thank you to this family for making a donation!

Love this one. Such a sweet set of smiles. Big brother did a great job helping his sister pose. He also had a few ideas for photos. In addition to the cold the wind was challenging. We had numerous hair smoothing breaks.
Mom wanted her kids to have the opportunity to climb on her so they could be photographed as their true selves. I loved that. These two, especially little Ms B were goofs. They were so happy being their silly selves.
This shot was Big Brothers idea. As I'm walking up the hill following them he yells "Take a picture of us hiding behind this tree!" He also made a special request to be photographed laying down in the grass. It was a little muddy, but Mom and sister were totally game.
I had to take many individual shots of this sweet girl to capture all her fun expressions.
Mom told me black and whites were her favorites. Mine too!
This shot was another of Big Brothers ideas. He requested to be photographed showing his sister birds haha! He's adorable.
Thank you so much to this sweet family for allowing me to photograph them, and also for donating to the Brickey family. It was so wonderful spending a morning with them.
